Why Work With Us
We provide a rigorous and rewarding experience for our staff. Whether you are new to the field of Behavior Analysis or a current RBT, we are committed to providing high levels of supervision, quality training and ongoing support so that all employees may effectively carry our company’s mission and standard of service while continuing to develop their clinical and professional repertoires.
We are not currently accepting new applications to work at this time.
Growth and Professional Development
We offer a range of professional development services to disseminate areas of clinical practice that fall within our expertise.
BCBA Mentorship
First and second-year BCBAs receive consultative training and mentorship. This may include Behavioral Skills Training to teach clinical skills or clinical mentorship on current caseloads. This service is provided to those working outside of our clinical practice.
BCBA Apprentice
BCBAs looking to work at Cabrini Care will first work directly with clients and receive direct supervision from the Chief Clinical Officer. You will broaden your current analysis, receive coaching direction and shaping to improve your clinical skills all while receiving ongoing mentorship on current caseloads.
RBT Preparation
Small group, online training on the items on the RBT task list to help you understand behavioral principles tested on the RBT exam. This service is a complement to the 40-hour training and is designed to help you pass the test required to obtain this credential. Training is provided by BCBAs or highly trained RBTs.
RBT Mentorship
Direct training on mentorship on implementation of ABA Therapy. We will train you while you work with clients on reading client behavior, implementing effective pairing procedures and skill building skills (ITT, NET). This service is provided to those working outside of our clinical practice.
Professional Partnerships
We are not experts in all things! As such, we are looking to partner with small practices and solo-practitioners to develop our network of referrals. If you are interested in coordinating with us, please contact our administrative team to set up a call with Fran. This will consist of discussing learner profiles that fall within respective areas of clinical expertise and networking so as to assist families in receiving services with other practitioners who share our values.
